I have an strong background in attachment theory and can help you see how past experiences can be understood and processed to provide you a roadmap to wellness and inner peace. I also utilize mindfulness-based techniques to help with focus and clarity.

I have worked professionally in the mental health field since 2001 providing direct care, clinical supervision, and program oversight and administration. I have worked in a variety of capacities, including therapy, case management, and crisis intervention. I have worked in both outpatient and inpatient settings, gaining a wide ranging understanding of various treatment approaches.
